Image Use Policy – Please Read

📸 Absolutely no screenshots, downloads, or unauthorized sharing of images. Doing so is considered theft.

By entering and viewing a gallery from Michelle Hamilton Photography, you agree to respect the copyright and ownership of all images within. Every photo remains the sole property of Michelle Hamilton Photography.

Unauthorized use — including screenshots, downloads, printing, or posting images without purchase — is strictly prohibited and will result in a $150 per image fine. Offenders may also be reported to show management and barred from future access to galleries or events. Continued violation may lead to legal action.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents & Guardians:
If a minor is viewing a gallery, they must have your permission. Please take a moment to explain these terms to them. If your child uses images without authorization, you are responsible for their actions. If they’re old enough to browse online, they’re old enough to understand this policy.
